    @Balmattoy It does,dude, I have the same reasons to workout as you have, sitting in one place or doing nothing make me feel weak, sitting right next to athlete guys who have ripped body make me feel fat, without ABS or being muscular I use to lose girls to those guy who have those “Chick Magnets”, so workout is good, I just have to spent an hour a day to work out and only 4 days a week, and with healthy habits, eating correctly. I achieved my goal after a few months.

    if your that strong then why care how big your actual body is, im going to assume your doing this to attract girls right? you know not all of them want someone off jersey shore right? can you lift the average girl up very easily? Good, thats about the extent of strenght you would need unless you want to get girls that like juice heads (guys that look like they’ve taken steriods) in which case eat more bread pasta potatos and meat, every 2 hours, oh and prunes, trust me on prunes

    Well no one can suck so much as I do. Just I’m doing home workout(push-ups, squats, sit-ups, pull-ups – without any equipment or weights) over a year and still look so freaking skinny(although, my muscle is quite noticeable). No matter how much I eat, I only loose weight. Despite the fact that now I can do over 250 push-ups, about 400 squats and 90 pull-ups, I’m still in despair. It seems nothing can change my shitty body.

    @TwoFacedSOUP mate just reduce your training if u wanna gain weight!!! If u workoit alot u willl burn alot of calories and u wont gain weight.

    @PeteStylez11 Chicken still works, if you can’t have red meat try to get some protein powder to help with protein comsumption and just get more calories and the other stuff these guys said.

    when i did mma and weight training i weighed 200lbs… when I stopped the martial arts i went up to 275lbs… very little fat… over 5 years… so you decide what you want

    hey mike, plzz respond to me more i can’t gain weight and I pretty much do nothing all day besides 1 hour workout and ab crunches,bicycle crunches. I got mushashi bulk and creatine to help workouts and gain weight advertisement said I should gain 5-10 kilos in fortnight im literally exact same weight after 2 weeks wtf. for breakfest i have scrambled egs with chess

    hey mike, please respond for me! i am 130-135 5’8-5’9. work 10 hour/day shifts 4-5 days a week and constantly walking and performing alot of lifting. I am burning way too much. is there a way slow down my metabolism or help my body absorb what i eat? i am usually eating mixed nuts, milk, 1 hard boil egg, soup and bag of chips for my meals. I always end up dumping them all into the toilet bowl at the end of the day! thanks

    I’ve been doing the same thing! Eating super lean, low fats, lifting heavy & regularily but always plateaued at the same weight and couldnt figure out why :/
